Come on Mr. Realtor..

A couple of months ago my love and I happened across this beautiful piece of land for sale. It is truly perfect.

• 5.5 acres
• In the country
• With a tank (already lined.. and it has ducks!)
• Electricity, phone and water present
• AND a windmill!

Love wants a stock tank. I want a windmill. And I also want room for our babies (5 year plan..) to grow and play and run around. I want my honey to be able to throw the football with our son or build a tree house and set up a swing set for our Daughter. We live in a cookie cutter neighborhood now.. but I don't intend to live in one for long! By the time we start working on babies (i'll say again.. 5 year plan!), I want to be outside of the city. Not too far, but far enough that we have a 100 yr old tree on our property :)

It started at $119k. Yesterday love drove by and the price has now dropped to a mere $88k! I know.. that's not cheap. Yet.. it's such a steal! Still not affordable for us right now though. Boo. If we weren't saving for our wedding.. we could swing it. But.. weddings are expensive and trying to pay our mortgage, two vehicle payments, utilities, and put money in our savings plus our wedding fund.. that doesn't exactly leave much (or anything..) left over. Much less try and swing an additional $500/month payment for this perfectly imperfect piece of land.

Can it just stay on the market for 8 more months? That's not that long.. time will go by so quickly! Come on Mr. Realtor.. you know you want to wait and sell it to us!
